千葉に居ます。
今自分は千葉県南房総の保田（ほた）でホステル／ゲストハウスを計画しています。
まずはこの貸別荘にて、場所も含めた今後の運営方法を模索中。
合わせて友人達の助けを借りながら、ここの掃除と片付けをしてます。
梅雨が終わる頃には、具体的な話をご紹介できればと。
海から吹く風を感じるには、庭のハンモックが最高です。
I have a plan to start the hostel in this summer.

＜車 By Car＞
アクアラインを経由して館山道「鋸南保田」IC利用、東京都心から1時間。
From Tokyo(Central), It takes about 1 hour.
＜電車 By Train＞
JR内房線「保田」駅、東京駅から特急で1時間30分、3,600yen。
各停で2時間強、1,940yen。
From Tokyo station to Hota station, It takes about 1 hour and half (express),
Or 2 hours (local train)
＜バス By Bus＞ HOME | ジェイアールバス関東
東京駅八重洲口から「ハイウェイオアシス富楽里」まで、
JRバス関東「房総なの花号」で1時間20分、2,300yen。
（富楽里から電車でも来られるけど、送迎がある時に利用価値大。）
From Tokyo station (bus tarminal) to Highway oasis Furari, It takes about 1 hour and 20 min.
(If someone picks you up at bus stop, This is good way.)

期間限定で、「竹芝」発の東海汽船伊豆七島便が「館山」にも停泊します.
東京から直接、島旅気分で南房総エリアへ。
現時点では6月14日~30日の便が対象。
1時間15分、3,950yenで東京と館山を結んでいます。
港からJR内房線「館山」駅まで歩いて10分、電車で「保田駅」まで20分強、320yen。
From Takeshiba terminal to Tateyama port, It takes about 1 hour and 15 min.
From the port to Tateyama station by walk, It takes about 10 min.
From the Tateyama station to Hota station by train, It takes about 20 min.
＜クルーザー By Cruiser＞
東京湾内のマリーナから保田漁港まで、東京湾内なのに離島クルーズ気分で。
クルーザーが利用できるなら、一番おすすめの方法です。
From each marina in Tokyo Bay to Hota fishing port.
